CEQA Guidelines Section 15183 Consistency Checklist (Case No. PLAN-ER-25-0025) was prepared to evaluate the potential environmental impacts associated with the Project. The analysis determined that the project is consistent with the Desert Estates Transition land use designation and the development density evaluated in the certified City of Indio General Plan 2040 Program Environmental Impact Report (SCH No. 2015081021). The review concluded that the project would not result in new, peculiar, or more severe environmental impacts beyond those previously analyzed in the General Plan EIR.
