Document Description
In the 2016 Program Environmental Impact Report (PEIR) for the Sunnyvale Water Pollution Control Plant (WPCP) Master Plan (Master Plan), the City proposed to approve the Sunnyvale Water Pollution Control Plant Master Plan for the Donald M. Somers Water Pollution Control Plant. After adoption of the PEIR, Master Plan projects underwent further development. The City of Sunnyvale has proceeded with design of the Cleanwater Center Project (Project) which was called the Administration and Laboratory Building project in the PEIR. The project will provide a centralized workplace for WPCP administration, laboratory, operations, and maintenance staff on the north side of Carl Road, and replace the functionality of the existing Administration Building, Laboratory/Control Building, Operator/Maintenance Building, and Compliance Inspection Building.
