The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number YOL-65882-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Department of Water Resources.
The project is limited to the removal of two 400-foot sections of a training levee, removal and repositioning of overbank deposits adjacent to the portion of levee to be removed, and grading of levee toe roads, access ramps, and turnarounds associated with the training levee system within Cache Creek Settling Basin.
