The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has amended Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No.1600-2016-0129-R6, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Murrieta KLC Holdings 130, LLC. Adobe Springs Specific Plan Project includes the construction of a residential and business park development, including infrastructure, road improvements, and open space on the 122- acre Project site. The amendment changes the long-term conservation mechanism from fee-title transfer to recordation of a conservation easement. No other changes to the compensatory mitigation were proposed.
