The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. EPIMS-MAD-53835-R4, pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the Project Applicant, California Department of Transportation. The Project includes activities related to replacing culverts, removing culverts, installing new culverts, relocating portions of streams, constructing drainage basins, and installing flared end sections and rock slope protection. The Project is part of a larger project that would upgrade SR 41 from a two-lane highway to a divided four-lane expressway.
