Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number PLA-57337-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Lincoln 100, LLC. The project is limited to the construction of storm drain outfall adjacent to the Nelson Lane Bridge on the bank of Markham Ravine in association with the larger Peery Property Phase 2 Project mixed-use development. Project activities include: removal of approximately 300 square feet (sq ft) of existing rock riprap from the bank; excavation of a 1,600-ft long, 10-ft deep, and 6.5-ft wide trench and installation of a 54-inch diameter storm drainpipe; construction of a tapered concrete headwall at drainpipe outlet (59-ft long, approximately 1-ft thick, ranging from 10-ft to 1-ft in height); and construction of a concrete apron (approximately 460 sq ft) and placement of rock riprap (approximately 1,400 sq ft) at the outlet of the headwall structure.
