The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-MAD-47429-R4), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the Project Applicant, Madera County.
The Project involves activities related to replacing of the Avenue 16.5 bridge over Dry Creek. Project elements include worksite dewatering, vegetation removal and site preparation, demolition of the existing bridge, installation of a new bridge in the existing alignment, and installation of riprap.
