Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed and issued an
amendment to Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (Agreement) EPIMS Notification Number EPIMS-RIV- 34970-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Brookfield Properties as represented by Colin Koch.
The Project is limited to the fill of several unnamed tributaries to Murrieta Creek related to the Altair Residential Project, including the realignment of the Western Bypass farther to the east within the Project boundary. The amendment to the Agreement removes portions of the Mitigation Site Conservation Easement measure in consideration of compensatory mitigation actions completed under a previous Notification for the Project (1600- 2016-0130-R6).
