Document Description
The Project proposes to demolish seven buildings (11,100 SF) at the corner of Extension Center Drive and Orchard Park Drive adjacent to the Student Farm. The buildings proposed for removal are University Extension Trailer A, University Extension Trailer B, University Extension Trailer C, University Extension Trailer D, Temporary Building (TB) 179, TB 181, and TB 182. These structures are small, older and/or temporary buildings that have outlived their temporary status. They are currently vacant and unused. Demolition includes removal and disposal of the seven structures; however, the concrete slabs and other site flat work will be retained. Utilities will also be cut and capped at grade to limit any ground disturbance. Much of the existing landscaping will remain; however, some trees will need to be removed. After demolition the site will be treated with hydroseed or mulch.
