Reasons for Exemption
The Board previously issued Permit 20044 for the project on May 13, 2026, and filed a CEQA Notice of Determination with the State Clearinghouse on May 14, 2026 (SCH No. 2014061017). Permit 20044-1 supplements and where in conflict supersedes Permit 20044, which includes changes to the Board permit conditions. The scope of the project has not changed. The Board has determined that the issuing of 20044-1 is ministerial (Public Resources Code Section 21080(b)(1) and California Code of Regulations Sections 15300.1 and 15369) and the CEQA Findings for Permit 20044 remain applicable.
