The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Master Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0263-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Tejon Ranchcorp. In general, this Agreement authorizes Construction Activities, Interim and Long-term Maintenance/Repair Activities, and other authorized Project Activities including the restoration and enhancement activities as required by this Agreement within Project Area Stream Features as the larger GSCP Development Project is built-out necessitating in-stream work. These activities are expected to impact no more than 36.74 acres of Stream Features over the discreet Work Areas and will be considered the authorized Project Activities under this Agreement. Each Project Activity conducted within each Work Area requires advance approval from CDFW, through the Subnotification process prior to the start of any Project Activity.

The Master Streambed Alteration Agreement will permit CDFW-jurisdictional activities by the Permittee within streams in association with the larger Grapevine Specific and Community Plan (GSCP) development project.
