Document Description
The proposed project involves repairing the existing parking lot serving the San Diego Yacht Club, which has deteriorated over time. The parking lot is in need of repair due to holes, cracks, depressions, and breaks that have formed on the asphalt. The project will be completed in two areas of the existing parking lot and will consist of sealing existing asphalt and removing and replacing damaged asphalt. It is anticipated that removal and replacement of approximately 8,250 square feet (s.f.) of damaged asphalt will be required. The proposed project will not change the existing number or layout of parking spaces within the lot.
