Document Description
The project proponent is requesting a nonexclusive franchise agreement from the County of Kern to allow construction of a pipeline within County Road Right-of-Way. The project would include construction of an approximately 5.9 mile pipeline route that would include the installation of one sixteen-inch diameter crude oil pipeline within a 50-foot wide ROW, and additional appurtenances necessary for operation of the new pipeline. The components necessary to the operation of the pipeline include cathodic protection and electrolysis test stations, and above-ground line markers.
