Document Description
This proposed Project involves the construction of a wastewater reclamation plant to be used for the Silverwood Tapestry Phase 1 development project. The Project also involves the construction of an access road, a stormwater control basin, and grading of adjacent areas to balance the soil. The Project will result in incidental take of 1,181 western Joshua tree (Yucca brevifolia), which is protected under the WJTCA and the California Endangered Species Act. The WJTCA ITP referenced above as issued by CDFW authorizes incidental take of western Joshua tree that may occur as a result of Project implementation.
