Document Description
This is Addendum #3 to the original EIR for the Humboldt County Regional Transportation Plan. Addendum #3 cover the 2026 update to the RTP. VROOM 2026-2046" (for "Variety in Rural Options of Mobility") updates the Regional Transportation Plan (of 2022). The RTP is a long-range pian for the region's coordinated transportation system, including land use, roadways, trails, aviation, marine and freight transport. It sets policies and funding priorities, and identifies needs and actions towards the goals to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and have a carbon-neutral, multi-modal transportation system that is safe, sustainable, and equitable.
