Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed a five (5) year extension of Streambed Alteration Agreement Notification Number 1600-2018- 0243-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Brookfield Sunset, LLC. The new Agreement term will expire on August 6, 2030. The project is a component of the Amoruso Ranch Specific Plan, an approximately 694-acre mixed-use development plan. Project activities covered by the Agreement include the construction of the Westbrook Boulevard arch culvert and wingwalls, western University Creek stormwater drainage channel and outfall, one-lane maintenance crossing of University Creek, eastern University Creek bioswale and outfall structure, and mass grading/fill of stream and wetland features.
