Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-SJN-59877-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Tracy Phase 4, LLC.
The project is limited to grading, earthwork, and infrastructure improvements at five locations within three ephemeral drainages in the Tracy Hills Specific Plan Phase 3 and Phase 4 development footprint. Infrastructure improvements include construction of storm drain inlets conveying flows from onsite ephemeral drainages to piped storm drain pipes varying in diameter from 24 to 72 inch, one storm drain outlet associated with the 72-inch storm drain pipe, and installation of rock slope protection at the inlets and outlet.
