Document Description
Repair a gap in the embankment caused by erosion by placing and compacting fill material. In order to provide a solid foundation for the repair, a trench will be excavated on the downstream side of the embankment and filled with 3/4 inch gravel prior to reconstructing the embankment. Work will be conducted either from within the dry area of the pond using large equipment or, if the water level in the pond rises, a smaller piece of equipment operating from the top of the embankment.
