Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-STA-47766-R4), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, Stanislaus County.
The Project involves activities related to the demolition of the existing two-lane Seventh Street Bridge (Bridge No. 38C-0023) over Tuolumne River and replacement with a four-lane bridge structure to provide improved safety and operations. Activities include installation of a diversion and dewatering system, construction of a temporary
pedestrian bridge to provide access to a neighboring park, demolition of the existing bridge, construction of a new bridge, construction of a new maintenance access road, and construction of a storm water drainage outlet. The Project will require three work seasons.
