Document Description
The Project would modify the Pasadena General Plan Final Environmental Impact Report (adopted August 18, 2015 (Resolution No. 9451)) by revising the existing Planned Development Plan (PD) for Planned Development #10 (PD-10). The Project would revise the PD Plan so the allowed uses, the land use permit required to establish each use, and applicable limitations shall be the same as those set forth in PMC 17.30.030 for the CD-MU-G (Mixed-Use General) designation. This revision would affect three adjacent parcels: 2 North Lake Avenue (Assessor Parcel Number [APN]: 5738-008-066), 911 East Colorado Boulevard (APN: 5738-008-065), and 45 North Mentor Avenue (APN: 5738-008-067).
