This permit covers the rework of well USL 33 E-I22A located in the Lost Hills, Northwest Oil Field. Brief Project Description - Install pumping unit on well. Install temporary production tank, wash tank and waste water tank. Install temporary flowline to temporary wash tank. Mobilize production rig. Perforate well in stages in select intervals between 745-245. Install tubing, pump and rods in wellbore. Test for production. At conclusion of testing, remove temporary tanks and evaluate for permanent production.
