n accordance with state law, the 2026 Amendment revises the ALUCP to be consistent with the 2018 AICUZ and accounts for the 2025 ALP and AMP. In doing so, the 2026 Amendment refines the compatibility criteria and mapping contained in the ALUCP for purposes of addressing noise, safety, airspace protection and overflight considerations. The 2026 Amendment's environmental effects were evaluated in an Addendum to the certified 2014 EIR.
