Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has extended
Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number SAC-17340-R2, pursuant to
section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, California Department of
Parks and Recreation.
This extension will allow for the continued stream rehabilitation of the Coyote Gulch channel as
a part of an 18.5-acre erosion control restoration at the Prairie City SVRA. During project
activities, the stream channel will be reestablished to its former configuration, a
vegetated bioswale will be established, designated culvert crossings will be constructed, and the
stream channel will be fenced to protect the restored channel from unrestricted
vehicular use.
