Document Description
The Addendum would issue a permit amendment with a term of up to 31 years to allow for continued operations of an existing marine container terminal and for YTI to complete the remaining components of the previous approved Environmental Impact Report (EIR). It would also modify the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP) into the permit amendment, which modifies the timing, updates the environmental requirements consistent with the 2017 Clean Air Action Plan update and applicable federal, state, and regional/local rules and regulations, and changes the name of the shipping company in lease measures contained in the MMRP. No new significant environmental impacts or substantial increase in the severity of previously identified significant effects have been identified from these Project modifications.
