            The project includes acquisition of a 15,000 square feet of land improved with a 7,075 square foot automobile showroom at 1601 Wilshire Blvd., near the Santa Monica University of California, Los Angeles Medical Center (UCLA SMH).  UCLA does not intend to occupy the existing structure and currently there are no specific or detailed plans for the future use or development of the Property.  Any future redevelopment would entail remediation of existing contamination, and any proposed improvements or demolition of the existing structure would be subject to future CEQA determination and approval.
