The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has issued a temporary right-of-way and license to the California Department of Water Resources for the purposes of floodplain fisheries rearing habitat and fish passage in the Yolo Bypass. The temporary flowage license includes the right to flow water at a rate of up to 6,000 cubic feet per second on lands owned by CDFW.
