Document Description
Development of 13-acre site with a new 1-story, 225,000 sq. ft. research and development building, associated ancillary structures, on-site improvements, and off-site infrastructure improvements, including but not limited to, city approvals of a surplus lands exemption under the State Lands Act and a purchase option agreement for the sale of city-owned land. The environmental impacts were previously analyzed in the referenced programmatic EIRs, and a subsequent EIR is not necessary, pursuant to CEQA Guidelines sections 15162 (Subsequent EIRs) and 15168 (Programmatic EIRs). [City Council Resolution 16288 & Ordinance No. 3387]
