Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has issued an ITP
(No. 1927-ITP-2026-002-06), pursuant to Section 1927.3 of the Fish and Game Code to Bryan Jansson.
The Project involves the construction of a recreation vehicle (RV) garage and associated driveway to an existing single-family residence located at 8946 Fortuna Avenue. The Project involves grading of a 110-foot (ft) by 40-ft pad, construction of a 110-ft by 35-ft RV garage, and creation of an approximately 25-ft driveway.
The Project will result in incidental take of 14 western Joshua tree (Yucca brevifolia), which is protected under the WJTCA and the California Endangered Species Act. The WJTCA ITP referenced above as issued by CDFW authorizes incidental take of western Joshua tree that may occur as a result of Project implementation.
