Document Description
Allow a photovoltaic solar power generation facility with related improvements including two substations, two 50-foot tall electrical utility towers, six utility poles up to 85 feet tall to interconnect to existing distribution lines, ten approximately 1,400 sf inverter/transformer areas, and a seven- to-eight-foot tall chain-link fence on a 322.44 acre parcel in the AE-20 (Exclusive Agricultural, 20-acre minimum parcel size) Zone District. The project site is located on the northeast corner of SR 33 (Derrick Avenue) and Manning Avenue, approximately seven miles southwest of the unincorporated community of Tranquility (SUP. DIST.: 1) (APN: 028-071-32S).
