Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number PLA-64733-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Ben Ransom. The project is limited to the replacement of the existing Hell Hole Dam low-level outlet with a new valve, the replacement of a leakage weir, the replacement of a CMP culvert, and the installation of a rock apron and rock armoring near the Hell Hole Powerhouse. The Project also involves work on the Rubicon River, including channel modifications to accommodate new pulse flows and aquatic and riparian habitat restoration.
