Document Description
The Permittee will install and replace 100 feet of 10-inch high pressure underground gas line by trenching throught and across Avenual Creek. A 2-foot wide, 100-foot long, and 8-foot deep trench will be excavated using an excavator and backhoe to install the replacement segment of pipeline. A staging area of up to 500 square feet will be utilized along the pipeline right-of-way and access road north of Avenal Creek. The trench will be filled in and reseeded with topsoil that was installation. The existing pipeline is exposed in the creek; it will be filled with concrete slurry and abandoned in-place. All work with the stream will occur during naturally dry condition, and no riparian vegetation will be trimmed or removed.
