            This project is a request for 1) Use Permit 05-19-5283 to establish a temporary model home complex for the Amara Neighborhood in the Serrano Summit Residential Community consisting of three model homes with a sales office, a temporary parking lot, and related site improvements; and 2) Minor Planned Sign Program 05-19-5284 for model home identification and directional signage for the Amara Neighborhood. The sign program includes model home complex directional and informational signage, and banners on flagpoles.
