Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed an
amendment to Streambed Alteration Agreement Notification Number 1600-2014-0152-R2,
pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code, issued to the project Applicant,
Sacramento Municipal Utility District.
The project includes amending the Streambed Alteration Agreement Notification Number 1600-
2014-0152-R2 to include a new project location. The new project location encompasses the Chili
Bar Hydroelectric Project (Federal Energy Regulatory Commission License No. 2155), located
on the South Fork American River downstream of the Upper American River Project’s White
Rock powerhouse.
