The project proposes the enlargement and modernization of existing gymnasium building including enclosing of exterior space under the existing root overhangs to create lobby spaces. root replacement. adding air conditioning, upgrading building HVAC systems, fixtures and finishes. new landscaping and seating area adjacent to the western edge of the building. The previous project included constructing a new two story 55,000 squarefoot classroom building, a one story 7.648 squarefoot engineering building, an approximately 43,700 squarefoot student services building, and an approximately 10.350 squarefoot auxiliary gymnasium building, as well as repurposing the existing cafeteria into a Performing Arts classroom, modernizing Padtard Hall, altering and repurposing of the existing small gym. installing artificial turf at existing fields, and convening spaces that are were originally proposed to be relocated to student services building to future library use
