The project consists of a comprehensive update to Oakdale's current General Plan, two new specific plans, and a Climate Action Plan. Buildout of the 2030 General Plan, the Crane Crossing Specific Plan, and the Sierra Pointe Specific Plan could result in an additional 7,287 dwelling units and 8 million square feet of non-residential growth.
