Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has issued an ITP (No. 1927 ITP-2026-066-05), pursuant to Section 1927.3 of the Fish and Game Code to Todd
Fletchall.
The Project is the construction of one single-family home on one acre of vacant land within residential housing. Project activities include: brushing and grubbing to clear all western Joshua trees (Yucca brevifolia), grading to level the land, and digging and trenching for various line installations, septic system, and landscaping. Construction of the project will include a concrete washout area and staging area.
The Project will result in incidental take of 21 western Joshua trees which are protected under the WJTCA and the California Endangered Species Act. The WJTCA ITP referenced above as issued by CDFW authorizes incidental take of western Joshua tree that may occur as a result of Project implementation.
