The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has issued an ITP (No. 1927-ITP-2026-025-05), pursuant to Section 1927.3 of the Fish and Game Code to Eric Wedell. The Project is the installation of a small ground mounted solar panel system for an existing water district well site on a disturbed and undeveloped one-acre property. Project activities include trenching, digging holes, placing panels and associated system connections, pouring concrete, and transporting materials to and from the site. The Project will result in incidental take of 2 western Joshua trees (Yucca brevifolia) which are protected under the WJTCA and the California Endangered Species Act.
