This proposed Project involves the construction of a 5-unit building consisting of a 4-plex unit and an attached accessory dwelling unit (ADU) with a driveway and walkway on 0.25 acre of vacant land. The Project will result in the incidental take of 1 western Joshua tree (Yucca brevifolia). which is protected under the WJTCA and the California Endangered Species Act. The WJTCA ITP referenced above as issued by CDFW authorizes incidental take of western Joshua tree that may occur as a result of Project implementation
