Document Description
Addendum to the ISMND portion of the 2012 joint CEQA-NEPA document that was approved for the Soda Bay & S. Main St. roadway widening and improvement project in order to analyze the addition of nighttime construction, which was not previously fully analyzed. Additionally, Caltrans completed an analogous NEPA review for the 2012 EA through a revalidation study (June 2025) and adopted A Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) for the nighttime construction.
