City Council adopted CEQA findings that the project and the athletic fields are within the Scope of the RBD Specific Plan Final Environmental Impact Report (SCH No. 2011052006) and the JobTrain Mitigated Negative Declaration (SCH No. 2021110199), and do not trigger subsequent or supplemental environmental review under CEQA Guidelines Sections 15162.
