Document Description
The District proposes to develop 18,880 square feet of building space, landscaping, walkways, and an approximately 772-foot-long secondary access road from N. Lenore Avenue. Primary access via E. Commercial Street will be maintained and no additional parking spaces will be constructed. The new buildings will include space for lecture, laboratory, office, library, and other uses.
