Reasons for Exemption
The Heartland at Hidden Hills Production Homes project is consistent with the applicable land use designation, zoning, permitted development intensity, and relevant policies and development standards of the City of Lincoln General Plan, the Village 1 General Development Plan, and the Lincoln Municipal Code. The project has been evaluated in relation to the previously certified Village 1 Specific Plan Final Environmental Impact Report (SCH No. 2010102018). Pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15183, the City has determined that the project would not result in new significant environmental impacts or a substantial increase in the severity of impacts previously identified in the certified EIR. The certified EIR adequately analyzed the environmental effects associated with development of the type, scale, and location proposed. Accordingly, no further environmental review is required under CEQA Guidelines Section 15183.
