The approximately 77.4- acre project site is generally located south of State Route 193 and west on Stardust Lane along the future alignment of Oak Tree Lane within the City of Lincoln. Project Description: The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number PLA-53094-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Beazer Homes Holdings, LLC. The project is limited to the construction of a stream crossing and associated grading/fill to facilitate the construction of a 302-unit low-density residential development, a recreation center totaling 2.08 acres, 19.9 acres of open space, the extension of Oak Tree Lane, and associated storm water management infrastructure.
