Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Amendment 1 (EPIMS-ALA-16122-R3 Amendment 1), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, Mulqueeney Wind Energy, LLC.
The amended project includes a change in work associated with "Activity 5 - New Culvert #1" in the original Streambed Alteration Agreement. Temporary dewatering/diversion of water may be necessary between the pond and the culvert location to temporarily dry the work area for installation of the proposed culverts. If dewatering is necessary, a screened pump will be used to dewater the stream before installing the new culverts as originally proposed.
