The CA DFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code for the ALBA Triple M Wetlands Restoration Project. The Project will result in impacts to Carneros Creek, an oxbow pond, and associated wetland and riparian habitat within the creek floodplain, which the California Department of Fish and Game ("CDFG") has determined is subject to regulation pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1600 et seq.
