The City of Mission Viejo has prepared Addendum No. 1 to Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND) (State Clearinghouse No. 2010011007) for the renovation and expansion of the Marguerite Tennis & Aquatics Center located at 27341 Marguerite Parkway, Mission Viejo. The Modified Project proposes to (1) reconfigure a planned parking lot in the northeast corner of the property, adjacent to Casta del Sol, and (2) add a new parking lot in the southeast portion of the property adjacent to Via Santa Clara. No expansion of buildings or use of the Marguerite Tennis & Aquatics Center is planned. The additional parking would serve existing operations.
