Document Description
: Approval of Permit No. 20075, under California Code of Regulations, Title 23, Article 3, Section 6, for work within an adopted plan of flood control: To relocate an overhead communication line along Garden Highway from City Sump 160 to Gateway Oaks Drive, on both the waterside and landside of the Garden Highway levee. The relocation includes 6,167 linear feet of overhead communication line to be attached to one (1) existing AT&T-owned pole (Board Permit No. 19735); seven (7) existing SMUD-owned poles (Board Permit No. 19637-1); twenty-six (26) proposed AT&T-owned poles (eight (8) poles located between City Sump 160 and Orchard Lane, authorized under Board Permit No. 20026, and eighteen (18) poles located between Orchard Lane and Gateway Oaks Drive, authorized under Board Permit No. 20066; and six (6) Verizon-owned poles to be constructed (Board Permit No. 20033). The overhead communication line crossing the Garden Highway will maintain a clearance of 23 feet above the top of the levee. This utility relocation work is associated with Natomas Basin Civil Works Project Reach A construction.
