Approval of Permit No. 15772-1, under California Code of Regulations, Title 23, Article 3, Section 6, for work within an adopted plan of flood control: To remove an existing Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) utility pole and the overhead electric lines, permitted under Board permit 15772 GM and issued to PG&E on January 15, 1992, and remount the overhead lines that cross the Natomas East Main Drainage Canal (NEMDC) right bank levee, onto a new pole located outside the levee prism. To permit the installation of two new guy wires and a power installed screw anchor (PISA) on an existing pole on the waterside. The overhead electric lines operate at 12,000 volts and will maintain a clearance of 29 feet above the top of the levee. This utility relocation work is associated with the Natomas Basin Civil Works Project, Reach F.
