Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number No. GLE-58456-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, California Department of Fish and Wildlife. The project consists of the replacement of a single, failing seventy-two (72) inch concrete culvert and concrete headwall with three (3), forty-eight (48) inch diameter, high density polyethylene (HDPE) culverts with concrete inflow and outflow risers. This is to advise that the California Department of Fish and Wildlife, acting as lead agency, has approved the above-described project on the date signed below and has made the following determinations regarding the above-described project.
