Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed and issued Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-RIV-55629-R6), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, Riverside County Department of Transportation.
The Project is limited to widening two miles of Clinton Keith Road from Arya Road to the City’s easterly limits. The Project will construct new culverts, culvert replacements, and necessary Right of Way (ROW) requirements for the City and future residential development (storm drains, sidewalks, concrete curbs, gutters, ADA ramps, driveway
approaches, CMU retaining walls, catch basins, rock bioswales, headwalls, and storm drains). Direct permanent impacts of 0.324-acre to riparian/riverine resources will include clearing and grubbing for construction access, including the removal of two Fremont cottonwood trees; grading and earthwork import, construction of pipe culvert
headwalls and drain pipes, and construction of grouted riprap. Temporary impacts of 0.081-acre to riparian/riverine resources will include re-contouring temporary access roads and hydroseeding areas of cleared vegetation.
